How it works

STEP 1 | VIDEO SUBMISSION AND INTAKE FORM

You send us:

• a 20 minute video - responding to some prompts we will send you
• response to a 2-minute client intake form

We may (very occasionally) need to ask a few questions of clarification afterwards.

STEP 2 | REPORT

In 2 weeks, we send you a written report specialised and tailored to your and your loved one’s unique needs and challenges. We include layout, organisation, process, and (sometimes) product recommendations.

STEP 3 | IMPLEMENTATION

You implement the suggestion in our report - on your own timeline!

STEP 4 | FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

You meet a member of our team for a FREE 30-minute call to discuss progress and answer any questions.
