Our story
Peaceful Pathways is a professional organising service for busy adults, and for adults juggling their own commitments while carenting their own parents. It helps with home organisation, downsizing, moves and bereavement clear-outs. It is based in London and works in person and virtually across the UK.
Most families get in touch after saying "we need to sort this" for a long time. There's usually a home full of decades of belongings, siblings who all want to help but see things differently, and/or an adult child fitting all of it around a job and a family of their own. It's rarely a question of effort. It's the decisions, and who gets to make them.
Peaceful Pathways steps in as the person in the room who isn't family. Families get one point of contact, a plan and someone managing the practical work, so the group chat can go quiet. The person at the centre decides what stays and what goes. Nothing is moved, donated or packed without their say-so, and the pace is theirs.
The approach is practical and personal. A background in manufacturing and facilities management means noticing where daily routines quietly lose time, then suggesting one small change that sticks. Admiral Nurse training* shapes how spaces are set up when someone's physical or cognitive needs are changing, from lighting to storage height. A background in sustainability prioritises giving items a second life while not compromising on speed. And it's not a cleaning service. Homes are reorganised, and people are shown how to keep them working the way they actually live.
Clients often call it a breath of fresh air. If you'd like to talk about what support might look like, get in touch. No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation.
Peaceful Pathways grew out of our founder's personal experience of watching family members juggle the commitments of raising children, growing careers, and carenting their own parents. We get it.
*All our organisers undertake freely available Admiral Nurse training that does not require a nursing degree, as well as annual upskilling during the Admiral Nurse Summer School. We do not have medical or nursing degrees or expertise as standard, although our organisers come from a variety of backgrounds
