Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing or receiving our service to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the service you received must be significantly different from that advertised at the time of purchase (if requesting after purchasing a service). You may also be eligible for a refund if you purchase a service but do not use it within 30 days.

To start a refund, you can contact us at admin@peacefulpathways.org. Please explain your reasons for the request and forward us your purchase details (eg confirmation email) and any other relevant details. 

If your refund is eligible, we will aim to process it within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
